Returns / Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges must be initiated with 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please email info@coldcompany.co.uk in the first instance in order to return or exchange an item giving the date of purchase, item purchased and nature of the return/exchange.

Returned items must meet the following criteria:-

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, except for brief trying on.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• No returns for items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.

In the event of customers receiving a defective or incorrect item, the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs and offered a full refund or replacement (subject to availability) without extra charges.
